Label Application Services for Bottles and Containers

The New Service from iBottles!

Labelling your packaging by hand slows production, risks inconsistency and ties up valuable resources. So let us help. Our automated equipment can apply your supplied, pre-printed labels to your bottles for a precision, retail-ready finish. This service operates with a minimum of 500 units per label, and we offer a price discount for larger volumes.

Is automated labelling right for your business?

Our automated labelling service will be a good fit for your business if you:

Order in volumes of at least 500+. This service is not suitable for smaller batches.

Have self-adhesive labels ready for your products.

Are looking to reduce your logistical chain.

Want to present a more professional-looking product, and reduce the time you spend on production.

What kinds of packaging can iBottles apply labels to?

Rigid cylindrical or flat-sided plastic containers in sizes from 100ml - 5 litres.

Our wraparound labels may only be applied to cylindrical containers sized 100ml - 1L. For 1L cylindrical containers, we can accommodate labels to the max dimensions of 150mm height x 260mm width.

Front, back & side labels may only be applied to flat-sided containers sized 100ml- 5L. For 5L flat-sided containers, we can accommodate labels to the max dimensions of 16mm height.

Please note, we can't apply labels to lids, or flexible packaging such as spout pouches.

How does iBottles' product labelling service work?

When you purchase your products from our range of bottles, let us know you want to get a quote for labelling.

If your products are suitable for our automated equipment, we'll ask you to supply the labels.

Once we have the labels, we'll apply your labels at speed.

We ship your products as soon as they are labelled.

As a starting point, we can label approximately 600 bottles per hour. Lead time will depend on the quantity of bottles involved.

What do our customers say?

A fruit and veg producer in Derbyshire:

“When we first started producing juice from home, we were applying every label by hand. It worked at the beginning, but as orders increased it became time-consuming and inconsistent. Moving to iBottles’ label application service changed that. Every bottle now has clean, uniform placement and the overall finish looks pristine and professional. That consistency allowed us to approach new stockists with confidence and increase monthly volumes. As our production has grown, the service has scaled with us.”

How does it work?

  1. Choose your iBottles container and let us know you're interested in getting your labels applied
  2. Send your pre-printed labels to us
  3. Wait as iBottles applies your labels through automated machines
  4. Receive your fully labelled items

Frequently asked questions

Do you have a label printer for e-juice bottles?

No, we do not have the specialist equipment to print labels, and these bottles are too small for our equipment.

Do you provide a product labelling service for containers bought elsewhere?

Yes. If your containers are compatible with our machinery, we can apply your labels even if you sourced the bottles elsewhere. If you have products outside of our range or have old stock that we no longer sell, we would still love to help, so send us the dimensions of your containers and we will tell you if we can support you.

Do you print the label for bottles?

We don't have the equipment or design software for this service. However, we can apply the labels that you have made for your products.

Can you create custom-label water bottles?

We can apply your supplied labels to suitable water bottles or beverage containers.

Can you label lids?

Unfortunately, lids don't fit into our equipment so we cannot apply the labels.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 500 units per label, per container size. This service is designed for growing brands that are moving into larger production volumes and require a service that saves time and guarantees precision.

What kind of labels can you apply?

As well as product labels, we can afix things like batch coding, best before dates, barcodes and QR codes. Contact us about your needs, and we will be happy to give you a quote for this service.

I have different products for the same container, can I send more than one label?

Yes but please note the Minimum Order Quantity is 500 per label.  So you will need to order a minimum of 500 for each style of label you have.

What products can't be labelled?

We can not apply labels to our spout pouches, edge jars or lids of any of our jars or bottles.

How long does it take to apply the labels?

Each order is different, so overall lead time can depend on a few factors. As a starting point, we label 600 bottles an hour.
