Sauce Bottles
Our squeezy sauce bottles are made from food-safe PET and HDPE, in sizes from 300ml to 1 litre, and most take a 38mm flip-top dispensing cap. They’re used as ketchup bottles, dressing bottles, syrup bottles and hot sauce bottles by food producers, takeaways and market traders. All of our sauce bottles are for cold fill only.
You can order a few to test a new recipe, or full pallets for production, with no minimum order. Orders are dispatched from our Chinley warehouse within 3 to 5 working days, and UK mainland delivery is free over £50 net.

Choosing a sauce bottle
Clear PET sauce bottles show off the colour of chilli sauces, dressings and syrups, which helps them sell on a shelf. The 520ml shaped bottle has a classic retail look, and the 300ml rPET bottle suits smaller batches and gift sets.
HDPE sauce bottles are opaque and squeezable. The round HDPE bottle comes in natural or in red, the traditional ketchup bottle look, in 500ml and 1 litre. The 1 litre curved bottle works well for kitchen and front-of-house refills.
Cold fill only
Our sauce bottles are not suitable for hot filling. If your sauce is cooked, let it cool before bottling.
Induction sealing
The 520ml PET, 300ml rPET and round HDPE sauce bottles are compatible with induction heat sealing. A foil seal is bonded across the neck, which gives leak protection in transit and shows customers the bottle hasn’t been opened.
Caps and dispensing
The 520ml and 300ml clear sauce bottles come with hinged flip-top caps. We also sell a 38mm yellow valve flip-top sauce dispenser separately.

Can sauce bottles be hot filled?
No. Our sauce bottles are for cold fill only. Cooked sauces should be cooled before filling.
What sizes do squeezy sauce bottles come in?
Our clear sauce bottles come in 300ml (rPET) and 520ml (PET). Our HDPE sauce bottles come in 500ml and 1 litre round, plus a 1 litre curved bottle.
What is the best bottle for ketchup?
Our round HDPE sauce bottle in red is the traditional ketchup bottle, in 500ml or 1 litre. HDPE is opaque and squeezable, and the bottle takes a flip-top cap.
What is the best bottle for hot sauce?
Our clear PET sauce bottles, in 300ml and 520ml, show off the colour of a hot sauce and come with flip-top caps. They’re for cold fill only, so cooked sauces need to cool before bottling.
